BOOK FAIR-SECULAR
Karen Nahem, Lisa Cohen, Adelaide Mizrahi

BOOK FAIR-JUDAIC
This committee puts together our own Judaic book fair, filled with Jewish books- Hebrew & English, plus games and other Hebrew items that kids enjoy. They also work with the Hebrew faculty to make sure that they have the Hebrew and religious books that relate to the curriculum.
BOXTOPS FOR EDUCATION
Ellen Rishty

We collect these Boxtops from certain General Mills and Betty Crocker food products. They are sent into the corporation and are redeemed for money for our school. Classes compete for an ice cream party, awarded to the class with the highest collection rate for a given period of time.
CALENDAR
Frieda Hanono, Camille Saka

This group is responsible for the Hillel calendar. All the important dates during the school year are posted in this calendar. Randy Winitsky is responsible fro selling the ad space that appears in the calendar-that actually pays for its printing and mailing.
HIGH SCHOOL PTA
Jeanne Epstein

High School is really part of the same PTA- although they have one major fundraiser each year that is exclusively theirs: the Annual Hillel High School Boutique Show, held for two days in mid-August. Vendors from within the community or the local area rent a table and sell their goods. The money is made from the rental of the space for each vendor.
HOSPITALITY

This committee puts together a special lunch each month for the faculty, just PTA's way of saying thanks.
PURIM

The Annual Gift Exchange, for which the committee coordinates the lists of parents and teachers, who gives to whom, etc. They also select the special gifts for that year and coordinate the assembly and delivery, as well.
STAFF CHANUKAH GIFTS
Violet Galapo

Each year the parents of each child are asked to give a certain amount of money per child, which is pooled to purchase Chanukah gifts for each teacher, wrapped and given at the holiday time.
TREASURER
Bobbi Krady

Bobbi is responsible for all the books and financial records of the PTA. She takes care of any monetary request that may come to PTA- after the PTA officials meet to decide on expenditures.
